
Barry Manilow is launching US tour in December to back his fresh album, and recently added a handfull of 2008 dates to his jaunt. The trek kicks off December 9 in Veterans Memorial Coliseum of Uniondale (NY), and wraps up February 24 in Miami's American Airlines Arena. Artist will visit Chicago (IL), Columbus (OH), Washington (DC), Los Angeles (CA), Dallas (TX), Miami (FL), and other markets. Manilow's The Greatest Songs of the Seventies album hit stores in September, and sold 113,000 copies in first week of its release. The disk features singer performances of famous songs of Beatles, Elton John, Simon & Garfunkel, and others, as well as 6 new versions of Barry's hits.
