British Indie Rock outfit Bloc Party plans new bunch of US concerts starting from late May 2007. Tour schedule lists currently 14 dates up to the middle of June. Bloc Party will visit Tampa (FL), Orlando (FL), Atlanta (GA), Washington (DC), Kansas City (MO), Denver (CO), Las Vegas (NV), and other cities. Opening acts are Noisettes and The Maccabees. Bloc Party is touring in support of their latest album A Weekend in the City released this February, and spawned singles “The Prayer”, “I Still Remember”, and “Hunting for Witches”. Band members are Kele Okereke (vocals/guitar), Russell Lissack (guitar), Gordon Moakes (bass), and Matt Tong (drums).
