David Cook's recent 2009 tour has been called "The Declaration Tour", and was originally only scheduled to run until April of 2009. However, several new cities have been announced in David Cook's tour, which stretch through the month of November into the first week of December. Early November sees David Cook performing at the Arizona State Fair, which is in Phoenix, Arizona. The tour will continue until December 1st, during which David Cook will be performing at The Fillmore in Charlotte, NC. After winning the 7th season of the hit TV show "American Idol", David Cook has been performing on a regular basis.
