Folk rock outfit The Avett Brothers just started North American tour. The trek kicked off September 11 by performance in Blacksburg's Virginia Tech, and wraps up November 12 by concert in Sioux City's Orpheum Theatre. The Avett Brothers' tour itinerary lists 16 dates and includes band's appearances at "Toronto Urban Roots Festival" (9/18), "Speed Of Sound" in Wappingers Falls, NY (9/26), and at "Artprize" festival in Grand Rapids, MI (10/3). Latest group's studio album "Magpie and the Dandelion" was released in 2013 and hit number 5 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. Current band's lineup in Seth Avett (guitar), Scott Avett (banjo), Bob Crawford (double bass), and Joe Kwon (cello).
