George Thorogood and the Destroyers have announced a summer tour through the summer of this year. Kick starting the tour on June 4 at Flagstaff (AZ), the band visits 30 cities throughout the US before wrapping up at Algona (IA) on August 23. The cities visited by the band include Los Angeles (CA), San Diego (CA), Kansas City (MO), Hampton Beach (NH) and Grand Rapids (MI). The blues-rock influenced band will be joined by fellow bluesman Jonny Lang for some concerts. The band is promoting their latest studio release "The Hard Stuff," which was released in 2006. The album made it to #2 on the Billboard's Top Blues Albums chart. Work on their next album is under progress. It is expected to release later this year or in early 2010.
