Rock band from Nevada The Killers heralded first leg of dates for their upcoming spring North American tour. After March shows in Europe they kick off American trek on April 4 in Santa Barbara (CA). Current The Killers' tour itinerary - see below - includes 22 dates in US and Canada up to mid-May. Tickets are on sale. The Killers' last album, Sam's Town was released on October 2006 by Island Universal. The album became double platinum in US having sold 2 million copies. Band's single "When You Were Young" and its video is nominated this year for 2 Grammy Awards: Best Rock Song, and Best Short Form Music Video. Band members are Brandon Flowers (vocals, keyboards), Dave Keuning (guitar, vocals), Mark Stoermer (bass guitar, vocals), and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. (drums, percussion).
