Despite his recent controversial publicity with R&B singer Rhianna, Chris Brown has announced a new tour circuit including dates for November and December of 2009. The tour will begin with a performance by Chris Brown at the "House of Blues", located in Houston, Texas. After that, tour dates continue into December, stopping by cities such as Atlanta (GA), San Francisco (CA), Washington (DC), Boston (MA) and Baltimore (MD). The final performance scheduled for Chris Brown's 2009 tour is on December 13th, at the "Electric Factory" in Philadelphia, PA. Chris Brown's latest album, "Graffiti", has currently reached #27 on the USA's "Billboard Hot 100" chart.
